Packaging Tapes
Box-sealing tape, parcel tape or packing tapes are pressure-sensitive tapes
used for closing or sealing corrugated fiberboard boxes, bags and other
packaging containers.
They consist of a pressure-sensitive adhesive coated onto a backing
material which is usually:
Polypropylene
Polyester film
Anti-slip material
Acrylic
Cloth
Carpet
Copper Foil
The backing materials are generally oriented to have strength in both the
long (machine) direction and the cross direction.
Tapes are available in many sizes
